CPLEX in Spyder on M1 Mac

Hello, I'm trying to instal Culex in Spyder without using Anaconda. I have Miniconda3 installed and am pretty close to being a total beginner. But I'm doing some stuff for school that requires these things.

Supposedly with Anaconda you just got to the terminal form Anaconda and run  “python setup.py install” while in the correct directory and it works.

I've downloaded the Cplex tar.bz2 file and done this:

conda install --offline /Users/giusse/Downloads/cplex-22.1-py310_0.tar.bz2 

Preparing transaction: done

Verifying transaction: done

Executing transaction: done

But it still doesn't work.
