Hi,
Not completely sure but maybe what you are looking for is to change the Editor template file used for new files? That option should be available around Preferences > Editor > Advanced settings > Templates > Edit template for new files. If you are using Spyder 6, access to the template from the Preferences dialog looks something like this:
