Missing RPIO module

Within the past week I download the complete package with Anaconda on a Windows 10 machine.  I started a simple project called FlashingLED.  Unfortunately, the solutions I found in JohnD's Missing Module didn't work for me as RPIO (drop-in replacement for GPIO) isn't listed with Spyder (?)  Anaconda can't find this package and the install codes found at https://pythonhosted.org/RPIO/index.html#installation, don't work using the iPython console.  Would anyone have some suggestions?
