how to move the history to the top panel?

in spyder 3 we were able to dock the history box to the top panel where the help/variable explorer/etc is located.

In spyder 4 I cannot figure out how to do this?  when i dock it always goes behind the console.

Please help.

The panes and tool bars are locked by default in Spyder4. You can unlock them in View > Unlock panes and toobars

And after that you need to grab a pane from the handle on its top and drag it to where you want it to be.
