Editing font size and table parameters in the Variable Explorer

Hey All, great job with spyder, I'm loving this IDE!

I have a suggestion-- it would be awesome if it were possible to edit
the font size and default table height parameters in the Variable
explorer.

As in, I would like to be able to make it so that the variable
explorer font is slightly smaller, and also so that the table that it
displays wraps each variable closer.

As of now the variable explorer on my comp displays ~10pt font and the
table that it displays in gives each variable quite a bit of vertical
buffer space, making my variable list fill up very quickly.

Why not?
This is exactly the kind of discussion that we may continue on the bug
tracker (on Spyder's GoogleCode project website).
