IPython Dependency

I run Spyder 5.3.3 via Anaconda.  An error message comes up on loading Spyder.

IPython >= 7.31.1 < 8.0.0 : 8.1.1 (NOK) 

with the caution to update the Ipython dependency.  But the Spyder terminal says it is using Ipython 8.1.1.  The odd thing is Anaconda says it is Ipython 7.33.1 that it is using.  No amount of trying to update Anaconda will change this.  Spyder seems to be running OK. I cant tell if this is a real problem or not.
