Unable to Upgrade Spyder using ANACONDA

i am currently using some 5.5.1 Version of Spyder and want to update it with 6.0.7 version but when i tried to update using Ananconda it just show running animation like crazy 2-3 hrs then i searched on google to find that i can use concda prompt and bash some command even that is not working

Please someone suggest Anything

Probably a check to the installation guide could be useful:  Install Guide — Spyder documentation . To use the latest Spyder version (6.0.8) I would suggest you to use the standalone installers: Install Guide > Standalone installers — Spyder documentation
