I recently started to use Spyder and get into it. Today, my Python version downgraded to 3.6.1 just after updating Spyder with Conda command ''conda update spyder'' in OsX terminal. Please tell me how i can change the Python version back to 3.7.0, that would be appreciate!

In "Tools > Preferences" menu you could select the Python interpreter
you want. You can create a conda environment with python 3.7 and then
use this interpreter within Spyder selecting it in Preferences.

Thank U, I 've solved it out by typing the command "conda update conda", it turned out that the main problem was  the inconsistent environment in the conda base environment. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion!
