Dear All,

Great News. May they both have a very successful tenure.

May the "thumping our back" continue till hundreds of our ex-students attain great heights.

Vineeta Rai ( D/o Late Shri L.P. Singh) was the first SPV alumna to become Sec. to GoI, quite some years ago.

Not only top Govt. positions and Test Cricketers but in keeping with the SPV tradition of holistic education, our students have done us proud in creative and scholarly activities too. E.g. Ketan Mehta, Nandita Das and now young Swara Bhasker, Aditi Hydari Rao and Suraj Sharma Chaurya (the Life of Pi)

Parag Tripathi was elevated to a high position in the Supreme Court at a very early age.

Many will follow, I am sure.

Lets bless SPV, our Teachers, Parents, Students and all.

Respected Principal Madam,

My Senior members,

Budding SPVites,

It was very refreshing to receive a copy of the mail from our Learned Hon'ble Principal Madam(Mrs. Vibha Parthasarthi) congratulating the seniors for having achieved the coveted positions in the GOI. It all feels like one big family spearheaded by our Principals, Teachers and Mentors. (the best thing I remember about my principal Mrs Vibha Parthasarthi is her high energy level and a sharp eye to gauge the administrative functioning of the school in a single round). Madam, I passed out in the year 1986 and did my pre-doctrate in law from US, Singapore, now working as an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court of India. Wishing my best to one and all.
