I hope you are doing fine.

I require your help to fill a questionnaire to complete my empirical research for a dissertation on drunk driving in India. It will take two, or maximum five minutes out of your precious time, and will immensely help me with my dissertation.

There are two questionnaires, one for those set of people who drink alcohol, and other for those set of people who don't drink alcohol. The links to both the questionnaires are herein attached. Please fill the one suitable to you.
