does anybody know anything of vidock 4, its for housing a external graphics card for a laptop. I'm thinking of getting a setup like this but what will I need to do, do I need to buy more things or just what vidock comes with, what's the procedure for hooking it up to my laptop. I know it will need a pcie slot, but my laptop has several so no problem. I'll probably also need to get it to recognize the gpu i choose as the graphics and not what I have now. Will vidock 4 plus be big enough for a 7950 or 7970.
To be honest the entire thing looks pretty flimsy and not very well made. If I were you I would just sell the laptop and build a desktop because its not like this is going to be portable with that thing connected to it.
