Requirement of 180 Lead India Master Trainers on 45 days Training Assignment

Rajiv Vidya Mission (Government of AP) asked Lead India to conduct Leadership training in all 23 districts of AP @ 70 Government High Schools per district.

In total Lead India needs 450 trainers...

So far 270 candidates completed this training and started working for this project. Lead India needs 180 candidates more to work for this project. Next batch of training will be starting from 5th January 2013 to 10th January 2013

Who is Eligible?

1. Any Graduate (Male) under age 28 years

2. “Non-Alcoholic”,“Non-Smokers” and “Self-Disciplined”

3. Ready to attend “6 days Residential Training Camp at Hyderabad”. Food, accommodation and training are provided for free. Candidate need to spend travelling expenses to and from Hyderabad.

4. Ready to work for 45 days and train 14 schools as a member of “4member team” in the months of January, February and March 2013.

Benefits to the Candidate:

1. per working day Rs.200 + Rs.100 for Travelling + Food and Free Accommodation.

2. Leadership training & research project which will improve his communication skills, soft skills, personality and goal setting

3. Teaching experience which will be useful in getting jobs in educational institutes

4. Certificate from Lead India, Rajiv Vidya Mission Govt. of AP after 45 days
