Lead India 2020 National Club Hyderabad organizes 3rd Free Industry Interaction Workshop “Live Project in Open Source” on 18th - 19th Jan 2014 (Saturday & Sunday) from 9-30am to 12-30pm at Vijay Electricals, Beside Road to Medinova, Near Rajbhavan, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.

Eligibility to attend this Workshop:
1. Student member of Lead India National Club (You can join by paying Rs.300)
2. 4th year students of computer science and engineering or Unemployed after completing B. Tech (CSE) or MCA
3. Owns Laptop loaded with Eclipse IDE, TOMCAT application server, JDK 1.6, MYSQL 5+, SQL client. (need to come to the session along with Laptop loaded with these software)
4. Prior knowledge about - Java language, JSP, SERVLETS, SQL
5. Ready to work on live project for 6 months at his/her free time
6. Ready to attend weekly half day interaction meetings
Selection and Methodology:
1. Only 30 persons are selected based on merit and test
2. Certificate will be granted after successful completion of the project

He has a aistinguished techno management career qualified by over 20 years of measurable achievements in Software Delivery ( Project Director role), Pre sales, Architecture & Design, Product Engineering ( Project engineering head role), Solution Engineering, Account Management, Program/Project Management areas ( Delivery Manager/Project manager roles).
His last assignment before becoming an entrepreneur was with Polaris financial technologies as Vice President. Suren holds an M.Tech in computer science and engineering from NIT Warangal and is B.Tech in computer science and engineering from A.U College of engineering, Vizag. He has worked for and served Fortune 100 companies in Banking and financial services, and retail verticals.
Currently he is an entrepreneur and recently started a software development firm called Damasoft private Limited. He is passionate about social service and is actively working with Rotary club of secunderabad west.
Some of his social service achievements are
1. Started a Nursery/ Pre school called DS Toddler’s school, located at East Marredpallly for slum area children 3 years back. His wife Phani Malini takes care of the school on full time basis. The current strength of the school is 25.
2. Raised funds to help 10 poor children with heart surgeries.
3. Raised funds to setup 2 RO Plants at AP social welfare schools located at Nakrekal and Suryapeta.
4. Started Aangeerasa charitable trust and raised corpus fund of 2.5 lakhs. The proceeds from funds are being utilized to give scholarships to poor and bright children.
Background of this Workshop:
1. Lead India 2020 is a movement to inspire all citizens especially youth to become good and do good. It is conducting research on methodology to transform people to live with values...
2. This gigantic task requires lot of support from all parts of the society...It is the time to get united...for all forces who are trying to bring goodness in the society...and to have a common mission...that is reaching, inspiring & transforming each and every individual of this holy land...

4. Lead India’s Industry Interaction workshop is to share practical experience of Industry Experts with Youth who are looking for bright careers in Industry
