Naeri Church, Korea's first Protestant and Methodist Church, is located in Naedong, Jung-gu, and its establishment date is 1885, boasting 139 years of history. Pastor Shin Hong-sik (1872~1939), one of the 33 national representatives of the March 1 Independence Movement, was arrested by Japanese police and imprisoned, and was appointed as the pastor in charge of Naeri (1922~27) and recorded "The History of Incheon Naeri Church" (1923). It has been handed down as important historical records to this day.

Located in Dap-dong, Jung-gu, Dap-dong Cathedral is the Catholic Diocese of Incheon and one of the oldest Western-style modern Korean churches built at the end of the 19th century. If there are Myeongdong Cathedral and Yakhyeon Cathedral in Seoul, there is Dap-dong Cathedral in Incheon.

Located in Nae-dong, Jung-gu, Nae-dong Cathedral in the Anglican Diocese of Seoul is the first Anglican church in Korea and a tangible cultural property in Incheon. On September 29, 1891, the feast day is a 133-year-old cathedral. [108]

However, even if Incheon is a vulnerable area of Buddhism, Incheon is also the place where Monk Songdam, the highest authority in Korean Zen Buddhism, is located. Monk Songdam is the monk who follows Monk Gyeonghe's legal line, the Namjinje Festival in North Songdam. In particular, he was greatly disappointed by the depravity of the Jogye Order and declared the expulsion of the Jogye Order, urging the Korean Buddhist community to reflect on itself.
