Diference between model in SWAT+ Editor and SWAT+ Toolbox

Hi,

I'm working on a project and I've run into an issue. When I compare the flow output from my model between the SWAT+ Editor and the SWAT+ Toolbox, the results are not the same; they look very different. The blue line represents the flow from the Editor, and the red line represents the flow from the Toolbox.

I just imported and ran the model in the Toolbox without changing any parameters.

I'm looking for some help with this part of the process.

Additionally, I'm trying to find the confidence intervals that were used in SWAT-CUP.
