Input files are changed opening the Toolbox

Hi,
when I am opening my SWAT+ Editor project in the Toolbox, the program is altering the files imported from the TxtInOut folder (to the Toolbox/Calibration folder), e.g. the channel_sd_day.txt. I have visualized the daily timeseries for the channel 739 flo_out that represents my model output, from the TxtInOut and the Toolbox/Calibration.
