Missing gis.data folder

to SWAT+ Toolbox
When I create a new folder in SWAT+ Toolbox, I get an error when trying to show the map (TxtInOut directory is not inside a valid project structure Land Scape Unit shapefile was not found)
When looking into the folder, there is no gis.data folder.
How do I fix this?
