Dear Celray,

I upgraded my swat+toolbox to the most recent version mentioned above. I tried to run sensitivity analysis using the Sobol algorithm. However, the first order sensitivity analysis I found is not in the range of 0-1 rather it has huge numbers like 63416.965, etc. both positive and negative for all parameters and I am not sure if it is not normalized or ... Could you please share the manual of the new version or explain what these big numbers are?

Thank you and I would like to mention here that the new version is somehow faster than the previous one.

Kind regards
Milkessa

it is most likely that you are using less (such as 100) samples. if your samples are too few, the sensitivity analysis 'blows up' or gives garbage results including many negative numbers. the documentation of sensitivity analysis implemented is on the documentation page accessible from the about page even for this version.
