Suppressing Sub-daily output in SWAT+ Toolbox

Hello, 

One of the most helpful features of the SWAT+ Toolbox for my model has been the ability to suppress subdaily output. Specifically, I am evaluating daily channel flow, but do not want to save the subdaily channel results. 

Could someone help me understand exactly what SWAT+ Toolbox is changing in the input files when you toggle off subdaily output? I would like to have the ability to suppress the subdaily output with manual edits to the input files so that I could still have the runtime benefits when running the model outside of SWAT+ Toolbox (for example, with SWAT+ editor).
