write error in c:\

to SWAT+ Toolbox

I am testing swat+ toolbox as a new user, but when opening a project, I am getting an error

c:\ is not writable. Change directory, I then open the program as admin, but still get the same error. Copy all in an external disk and still getting the same error, what to do?
