Issue reading observation data

Hello All,

I am trying to read the "Robit" observation file in SWAT+ toolbox. 

Below is a screenshot of the csv file:

When I tried reading the file, I get the error below.

Note that '0.021639484' is the first flow value shown in the above csv file. 

Any help will be appreciated.

looking at how your csv has opened in excel, there is a high chance your locale is different to how your data is formatted.

make sure your number system recognises 'point' as a decimal symbol and not a thousands separator.

You might check that your computer is set to English units.

You should make time format like dd/mm/yyyy.
