to SWAT+ Toolbox
Hi all,

I'm using SWAT+ Toolbox (Rev 2026.62). I've finished calibrating streamflow (CALSI, daily-flow NSE at my main channel outlet) and now want to move on to sediment.

Is it possible — and is it the recommended approach — to run a sensitivity analysis on only the sediment (TSS) parameters while holding my calibrated hydrology parameters fixed? If so, what's the right way to set that up in the Toolbox: do I just load the sediment parameters into the SA and leave the flow parameters out, and how do I make sure the calibrated flow values are carried over as the baseline the SA perturbs around (i.e., written into calibration.cal / the TxtInOut)?
