Request for SWAT+ & SWAT Parameter Cross-reference Table or Description Documentation

I’ve noticed that the parameter names used in the SWAT+ Toolbox differ somewhat from those in SWAT, which has caused some confusion for me when migrating my work from SWAT to SWAT+. I would like to ask if there is any systematically organized documentation available, such as a parameter description sheet, or a cross-reference table for parameters between SWAT+ and SWAT.
