Dear SWAT+ community,
I would appreciate a quick check on whether my hydrology looks reasonable or if I am misinterpreting the diagnostics.
Hydrology check warnings:
Precipitation too small (< 65 mm)
Surface runoff ratio may be high
Groundwater ratio may be low
Lateral flow > groundwater flow
Key annual values (mm):
Precipitation: ~56.6
PET: ~1073
Actual ET: ~47
Surface runoff: ~8.35
Groundwater/baseflow: very low (~0–0.05)
Average CN: ~74.5
Questions:
Are these ratios reasonable given very low precipitation, or do they suggest a setup/parameter issue?
Can low precipitation alone explain the weak groundwater contribution?
Since both lateral flow and groundwater flow are near zero, is the lateral > groundwater warning meaningful?
Any advice on how to interpret or improve this would be very helpful.
Best regards,
Alissar
