HOTEL MATCH-UP PROGRAM
This year the GSC will again organize a Hotel Match-Up Program for those students interested in sharing accommodation with other students at the SPSP 2011 Annual Meeting. This program is ideal for those students travelling to the conference alone or with only one other person. The GSC cannot guarantee early-bird hotel rates, so the earlier you find a match and make reservations, the more chance you have of receiving the low rates. We encourage everyone to make use of the Official Conference Hotels if you intend to room-share with other students - this will allow you to take advantage of the conference registration discount!
If you are interested in sharing accommodation with other SPSP student members as a means to reducing costs please follow the link and provide your name, university affiliation and other relevant details (https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AqaAf4YASQ3adGlROTRYNFBKYnA0eHRxc0c4dzdwRWc&hl=en). In doing so, SPSP student affiliates who seek to share lodging with other interested student members can identify potential individuals quickly and easily. You can then email potential matches and arrange all the details directly with them.
The Hotel Match-Up Program is a service provided by the SPSP GSC. The SPSP or SPSP GSC does not assume any responsibility or liability for costs or any other issue that arising through the use of this service.
