Dear Seattle Public Schools Family,

This is a reminder that you still have until May 17 to respond to the Seattle Public Schools Family Survey. This survey provides an important opportunity for you to reflect on your child’s school and the district. Surveys are also administered each year to all school staff and students in grades 3 through 12. Results from these surveys will be used to guide improvements at the school and district level. Your responses on this survey are confidential.  

Each household can respond once for each school where you have one or more children enrolled. If there is more than one adult in your household, we encourage you to respond together or to have the adult who is the most knowledgeable about your child’s education respond to this survey. If another member of your household already responded to a survey for this school, you can ignore this reminder email. 

To participate in the survey please click the link below by May 17. This is a personalized link and cannot be forwarded. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
