Dear Neighbors:

In 2023, the University of Pennsylvania created the Cleaner, Greener, Off-Campus Move-out program to help students donate their unwanted items, keep usable items out of the waste stream and help reduce neighborhood litter.

Spruce Hill Community Association is working with the University of Pennsylvania to help evaluate the effectiveness of this program.  Please take our survey!
