Hello Rich, 

My name is Lillian Drake, I serve as a Community Outreach Specialist for the Green City, Clean Waters initiative on behalf of the Philadelphia Water Department. We've met on a few occasions but I wanted to re-introduce myself!

I’m reaching out to invite you and the Spruce Hill Community Association to an upcoming community meeting where we’ll be sharing important details about green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) projects planned in and around the Spruce Hill neighborhood.

During the meeting, I’ll be presenting on GSI Project #50417 – Spruce Hill, which plans for the installation of tree trenches to help manage stormwater runoff and enhance the local environment.

It looks like the tree trench will be on Ionic, between 43rd & 44th Streets.
