Attached please find the agenda for our upcoming SHCA board meeting, Tuesday March 10, 2026 at 7:30pm at the SHCA Center or by zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85969202400

We will have guest speakers from the Office of Government and Community Affairs, Glenn Bryan with community updates, as well as Scott Filkin, Director of Social Equity & Community and Nina Morris, Sustainability Director, who are interested to hear about our perspectives on how annual Move Out is going in the neighborhoods surrounding campus following recent initiatives.

A MAJOR focus will also of course be May Fair planning - a mere 61 days away - Saturday May 9th! Hope to you at the 68th Annual Spruce Hill May Fair. 

Our May Fair vendor tables are starting to fill up, HOWEVER, we have plenty of spaces for more vendors - please share the information about vendor opportunities with any and all local crafters and artisans, and community groups and organizations whom you may know!
