Sprox 0.7rc1 released

All,

I was able to hammer out 100% coverage tonight so I decided to put together a the first release candidate for 0.7.  I urge 0.6 users to upgrade in their test environments and provide feedback.

New in this release:

*fix to datetime handling for ming (thanks amol)

Other than that, we are 100% coverage.  0.7 represents about 25% more code than 0.6, mostly based on the work implemented for Ming.
