Glop 2.0 release

Hi,

we are happy to announce that we have released Glop 2.0

http://sprouts.tuxfamily.org/

On this website, there are an executable for windows, the source code, but
also many databases.

New features :
* new notation, more compact
* Sprouts on surfaces
* mis�re computations with RCT
* computation of the whole game tree
* a new game : Cram

New results : n=39, 42, 43, 44 in the normal version.

We should release Glop 2.1 in the next months. In particular, we will
provide an autopilot to browse the search tree.

All suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
