Moribund branches

Hi team,

We could use some branch maintenance. Outside of master, the version branches, and the team branches, every single branch hasn't had a commit in three years. Anyone mind if I do a first-pass delete of these?

Alright if there's rhyme or reason then I'll leave it alone; however, it would be nice to have a neater branch list and I'd be happy to do the busy work with some guidance.
