regarding spriteme creation

Hi
I have created the spriteMe and it successfully created but after that
it shows
"5 requests eliminated, size increased by 28K"
why it is telling size has been increased by 28k, it suppose to show
"size decreased"
then
the exportCSS button is not working, i clicked it many times no
action?

What is your site? Possibly your images aren't optimized
