Movie Reminder

[Springs_Chickens]

Don't forget the movie, "Mad City Chickens" at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 16, at the Penrose Library, 20 North Cascade. Doors open at 1:00 for talking chickens (and people who want to talk about therm :). Attached is a flyer that you can print if you have a place to put it or friends who might be interested.

After the movie, at about 3:30, we'll be discussing the Tour for next year and at least try to set a date. I've had a couple of suggestions for new dates next year. Here are the dates being considered:

1. The weekend after Mothers Day, May 17 and 18. Basically the same as this year.
   
2. The weekend after Memorial Day, May 31 and June 1. This would get the Tour away from most graduation activities.
3. A weekend in September to coincide with Local Foods week. We might try a mini Tour this fall is we can get it coordinated.

And I finally put up a Facebook page  www.facebook.com/TakeAPeakCoopTour. Doesn't have much yet. Will probably put pictures of most of the tour up over the next few weeks.
