Date of 2014 Tour

Hi folks,

So far the weekend after Mothers Day has worked well for us. So the 2014
Tour will be on May 17 and May 18. Mark you  calendars and if you know
you'll be available, let me know. We may change thing a bit as we move
forward and I'd like to have a feel for the number of coop. If you haven't
been on the tour recently, we'd love to have you back.

There has been some discussion about moving it to September/October.  I
think we'd be better off with a more focused tour in the fall such as the
Homestead Tour we will be having September 21 and 22 in conjunction with
Local Foods Week.

The tour will have eight stops, four on each day. Each stop in addition to
being open from 12 to 4 PM will have a 30 minute talk at some point in the
afternoon on some aspect of urban homesteading.

We've lost one of our participants for the Homestead Tour and we're looking
for a replacement. We'd like to find someone keeping primarily ducks and or
rabbits and preferably near downtown. We're open at the moment so let me
know if you or someone you  know would be interested. I'll get you the
details.
