how to chande low quality thumbnails -> hq thumbs?

Hi. In main window on springpad i have lq thumbs, it is not good. How can i change it to normal jpg quality? Thank you.

Ironically, the attached images are too low resolution for me to see what you mean. Are you talking about your user avatar image?
