hardlinks package?

I'm going through comps-BaseOS.x86_64.xml to fine tune the list of RPMs
to install on a system. The comps.xml file lists a package named
"hardlinks" but I can't find any such file using dnf:
# dnf info hardlinks
Last metadata expiration check: 0:00:42 ago on Mon 19 Sep 2022 01:30:34
PM EDT.
Error: No matching Packages to list
# dnf search hardlink
Last metadata expiration check: 0:01:03 ago on Mon 19 Sep 2022 01:30:34
PM EDT.
No matches found.
Am I missing something, or did I find a mistake in the comps.xml file?
