this is something that is much more difficult than it sounds and I'd recommend to look at foreman's repos for doing this.
It comes down to the fact that current version of ruby in rhel6 is just too old for foreman which necessitates the use of ruby193-* scl based rpms. We actually have most of those around in SCL/OS/OSE repos but not only does that open pandora's box of dependencies and maintenance issues but also foreman is such a moving target that if you truly want to keep current you probably want to use their repos directly.
Now with pending rhel7 release things are likely to change significantly and I'll probably be very interested to have it running there but that's probably a few more months in the future, at least...
