puppet has been upgraded to 2.7.14

This is primarily a bug fix release.  One main difference is that the puppet-module tool is now built in and may be used with "puppet module".

The deprecated warnings continue, upgrading to this version should see no failures but plenty of warnings.  Puppetmasters are encouraged to heed the warnings and remove all dynamically scoped variables from production systems.  It is expected that version 2.8 will no longer warn on these errors and simply fail.

There are two additional rpms in this release, puppet-vim and puppet-emacs which install puppet manifest editing modules for vim and emacs respectively.
To enable the mode in vim, add this to your .vimrc

filetype plugin indent on
