Trac Upgrade PUIAS -> Springdale

As many of you already know, we will be changing the name of PUIAS to Springdale Linux at the next release.  In anticipation of the change, we have upgraded trac on the puias website and started using the Springdale Linux name alongside the PUIAS name.

PUIAS 6.3 and 5.8 will continue to be known as PUIAS and will continue to be supported as usual.

PS: If you wish to install the Springdale Logos on 6.3, there is a repository located at http://springdale.princeton.edu/data/puias/springdale/6/ which contains the relevant plymouth and logo's packages.

A suitable yum repo file would be:

[Springdale-Logos]
