function lost: CreateOrderedDictionary

Hello, 

at some point in the past, I used a function "CreateOrderedDictionary" from Spring4D.

today, after updating the repo, it seems this function is no longer existing.

I've tried searching the history of the repo on bitbucket, in vain.

Is there maybe a list of breaking changes that can be found online?

Since 2.0 the standard dictionary is automatically ordered - thus CreateDictionary will suffice.
