hasPermission added?

Hi,

Spring EL has the built-in "hasPermission" to take domain object
into account for security setting. This also exposed to the Spring
Taglib for JSP. Is there a plan to add this tag into your taglib here?

I'm not using Spring / Spring Security anymore.
However, feel free to add support to it and send in a patch :)
