minor issue

In Chapter Four there is a reference to "banner_image.png" but the files contain only a "banner-graphic.png"
I am assuming that the latter is correct since header.jspx says 
  <spring:url var="banner" value="/resources/images/banner-graphic.png" />

That's correct Alex. I'll modify this in the manuscript.
