[spring-modules] 0.10-RC1 preparation

Ok, what's in my master is whats going to be in RC1. We've tried to merge everyones stuff, fix it up etc, but some people have dropped off.

If you have any issues, please speak now.

Disabled tests:

Cache:

org/springmodules/cache/provider/gigaspaces/GigaSpacesFacadeTests.java

Gigaspaces tests due to expired license

JPBM:

org/springmodules/workflow/jbpm31/SpringContextWiringTests.java due to bad hibernate config:

Caused by: org.hibernate.cache.NoCachingEnabledException: Second-level cache is not enabled for usage [hibernate.cache.use_second_level_cache | hibernate.cache.use_query_cache]

Disabled:

Lucene - compile errors

Templates - compile errors

XT - depends on templates

If anyone feels likes fixing these problems, please feel free.

Also, getting the other projects to compile and/or tests passing is great too :) (projects/*)
