About to release 2024.1.0, 2024.0.6, and 2023.1.12

we're about to ship a series of releases. Please refrain from pushing commits to the affected branches until further notice.

Releases are out now, feel free to push changes again.

We also created service branches for 2024.1.x service releases. By next week, we will also create Spring Data 4.0 (2025.1.x) branches that will host code for the November release next year based on Spring 7.
