I'm getting some strange behaviour with my reticle's mask turning from it's set color to a bright red color when I pull the camera back away from the origin far enough.  It's also switching between the two colors at certain rotations around the origin (near the distance threshold).

Anyone encountering this behaviour?  If so, perhaps there's a fix for it?  Perhaps we have a bad build.  I'm not sure what the source was.
We're running Maya 2014 on Windows 7 x64

Can anyone point me to a build for the above specified platform?  I'd like to try an alternate to what we've got already.

I wanted to provide a reason why the mask is changing to the color red.  Historically, as you move away from the origin, Maya can begin to suffer from floating-point precision issues.  This can be exacerbated by things like deformer chains.  I added the functionality to alert the user when this could happen by changing the mask color.  There are two settings that drive this behavior.  The first enables/disables it, the second is the distance from origin that is used to determine when the mask color should change.  So, your options are to either disable the option or set it to a higher value.

Excellent, thank you for the update.  I was just coming back to report the same thing.  It was the max distance option that was being exceeded, thus causing the mask to become red.
