Need help making Spree a Marketplace for multiple vendors.

Where should I start? I currently have Spree running in my app with my own custom user.

I'm also looking for a multi-vendor solution for spree. I understand there is a opensource project available - https://github.com/spree-contrib/spree_marketplace

I havent been able to set it up, let me know if you succeed.
