Buy 1 Get 1 Promotion

Guys,
We are using Spree 0.60. I would like to create a Buy 1 Get 1 Free
promotion. All our products are of the same price.
The thing is i can't apply flat 50% off the order total, as we want
the user to pay for an full item and then get 1 item free.
Any ideas how to get this done?

Kiran,

I know it is possible with the promotion actions on spree 1.0.0, I am
not sure about previous version of spree.

I keep meaning to gem this up but I made a buy one get one (bogo)
calculator. Here is a gist.

You can put that under models/calculators. You'll just need to call
Calculator::Bogo.register
in lib/spree_site.rb

Then you should be able to make buy some get some promotions using
that calculator.
