We signaled this earlier - suggesting SPRD was set to begin trending
toward transition from nano/short-based movement to more fundamentals-
based movement. It's happening: within the past few weeks
institutional ownership increased from 39% to nearly 49%

increase of 25%! We've also seen a decline in shorts. Volatility has
substantially diminished.
"Solid-longer" accumulation at these levels is taking place as stock
changes hands - albeit strategically. As Pepsi suggested earlier (the
best analysis I've read on SPRD) - this all has the trademark of "what
happens" when something's about to explode... managed, lower-priced
accumulation in anticipation... T-minus 8 days.
