plot positioning options

Hallo

I was thinking if there's any way to set, using the library placement and size options for charts. I'll explain a little better, i create an embedded chart that I insert using insert_chart, it's default place and size options are the one in the first screenshoot

this creates a problem in sheet with filters because the chart gets resized everytime one uses a filter (making the chart unreadable). If you switch the option to 

it works flawlessly. Is it possible to do this using the library?

That isn't currently possible. If you open a feature request for it on GitHub I'll add it.
